We work out of Downtown Vancouver and welcome in-person appointments for artwork review, sample pickup, and project kick-offs. Book ahead — we’re often on the production floor.
A Few Things Worth Knowing
Minimums start at 12 pieces, samples available
Most of our custom apparel and promo products have bulk rates starting at 12 units. Need just one piece to see what we can do? We can produce single-piece samples. Talk to your sales rep about sampling for your specific project.
We ship across North America
From our Vancouver facility, we ship to every province and territory in Canada and to most US states. Same-day pickup available in Vancouver; transit times to other cities listed on our Service Areas page.
Rush orders, we can often turn around same-day
Got a last-minute request? We specialize in rush orders other shops can’t handle. Pick up the phone, the sooner you call, the more we can do. Same-day turnaround is possible in some cases, especially for artwork you already have print-ready.
Pantone color matching is standard
We color-match to Pantone codes across screen printing, embroidery, DTG, and sublimation. If you’re working with specific brand colors, let us know at the quote stage and we’ll confirm what’s achievable in your chosen print method.
Patch attachment: sew-on or iron-on
We produce embroidered, woven, and PVC patches with either sew-on or iron-on backing. Most teams prefer sew-on for longevity; iron-on works for short-term events or easy application.
