Minimums depend on the bottle style. Most plastic and aluminum bottles start at 24–50 pieces. Premium stainless or Tritan styles start at 36–72 pieces. We’ll confirm the exact minimum for the specific bottle you pick before we take a deposit.

Full range: BPA-free plastic (Tritan, HDPE), brushed and powder-coated stainless steel, vacuum-insulated double-wall, aluminum, and glass with silicone sleeves. Sports bottles, insulated tumblers, infusers, straw lids, flip-tops — if you’ve seen it at a trade show, we can source it.

Four main methods. Pad printing for spot-colour logos on most surfaces. Laser engraving for metal bottles — gives a permanent, tactile finish with no fading. Screen printing for larger print areas. Plastic and aluminum bottles typically range $4–$8 each at 100+ piece quantities. Stainless and insulated bottles run $10–$20+ depending on size, lid, and insulation. Setup fees are usually $50–$75 per decoration method. Higher quantities drop the per-unit cost — we’ll give you a real quote with your artwork.

Standard production is 2–3 weeks after artwork approval, plus shipping from our warehouse. Rush production is available on most styles at a 15–25% premium — turnaround drops to 7–10 business days. Long-lead bottles (imported, specialty insulated) can need 4–6 weeks, so book early for event deadlines.

Depends on the decoration. Laser-engraved stainless is fully dishwasher-safe — the engraving is in the metal itself. Pad-printed and screen-printed bottles should be hand-washed to protect the print long-term. We’ll label each style’s care recommendations in your quote so there are no surprises.

For decoration colours (pad print, screen print), yes — we match Pantone as closely as ink chemistry allows. For bottle body colours, we’re limited to the stock colours each supplier offers. Custom-dyed bottle bodies are possible at 500+ piece runs through overseas production, with a 10–14 week lead time. Ask if you need it.

Yes, on any metal bottle. Laser engraving burns your logo into the metal itself — no ink, no fading, no scratch damage. It looks premium, lasts forever, and typically costs about the same as pad printing on the same bottle. The only limit: laser engraving produces a single-tone etched mark, not full-colour.

Sports teams usually want durable, dishwasher-safe, and light: powder-coated aluminum or BPA-free Tritan in team colours with pad-printed logo and player numbers. Corporate gifts trend toward premium: vacuum-insulated stainless in matte black or gunmetal with laser-engraved logo. Under $10 for teams, $15–25 for corporate is a fair budget split.
