Below 24 units, setup fees dominate the per-piece cost, so we usually recommend bumping quantities up even if you only need a handful for yourself.

Full range: standard cotton canvas (4oz lightweight up to 12oz heavyweight), organic cotton, recycled cotton, jute/burlap, non-woven polypropylene (the affordable ‘grocery bag’ feel), RPET (recycled plastic bottles), and premium canvas with leather trim. Embroidery — premium look for logos, text, or small designs; adds tactile weight. DTF (direct-to-film) transfer — best for full-colour designs, photos, or gradients; one setup fee covers unlimited colours. We’ll recommend the right method for your artwork and quantity.

Ranges depend on material and quantity. Lightweight cotton totes: $3–$6 each at 100+ pieces, screen-printed one colour one side. Heavier canvas or premium cotton: $7–$12 each. Organic or RPET eco totes: $5–$10. Embroidered logo adds $3–$6 per bag. Bulk orders (500+) drop prices significantly.

Standard 2–3 weeks after artwork approval for screen-printed or DTF-decorated bags. Embroidery adds an extra week for complex logos. Rush production available on most in-stock styles at a 20% premium with 7–10 business day turnaround. Seasonal deadlines (Christmas, Earth Day, back-to-school) book up fast — lead time matters.

Yes, several options. GOTS-certified organic cotton, recycled-cotton blends (typically 60% post-consumer), RPET totes made from recycled plastic bottles, and jute bags (biodegradable natural fibre). Pricing runs 15–30% higher than standard cotton but the sustainability story is real — and for retail brands or environmentally-conscious customers, it matters.

For decoration (screen print, DTF, embroidery), yes — we match Pantone as closely as ink and thread allow. For the bag body itself, we’re limited to the stock colours each supplier offers. Custom-dyed bag bodies are possible at 500+ piece runs with 8–12 week lead time. Tell us your timeline and quantity and we’ll map options.

Trade shows: 15″×16″ standard with at least a 3–4″ gusset — fits catalogues, samples, branded swag. Retail (bookstore, boutique): 12″×14″ lighter cotton with no gusset, feels intentional, not promotional. Grocery replacement: 14″×16″ with a deep gusset (5–6″) and reinforced handles for weight. Sports/gym: add a zipper and 18″+ handle drop for shoulder carry.

Both. Spot-colour screen printing works best for logos and text (bold, durable, affordable at scale). Full-colour DTF transfer works for photos, gradients, and multi-colour artwork with photo-quality detail. DTF typically costs more per bag but has a lower setup fee, so for quantities under 50–100 it’s often the better economic choice for full-colour designs.

Cold wash, inside out, tumble dry low or hang dry. Don’t iron directly over the printed or embroidered area. Screen printing is the most wash-durable (50+ washes without fading when cared for). Embroidery is essentially permanent. DTF transfer holds up well for 30+ washes but eventually shows wear on high-friction areas. We’ll include care cards if you’re reselling.
