How Pricing Works
Every style on this page shows one all-in price: the cap plus one embroidered logo on the front, up to 3,000 stitches. The “from” price is set at 12-24 pieces in a standard size and colour. Here is what moves it.
Stitch count
Embroidery is priced by how many stitches your logo needs, not how big it looks. A clean logo usually lands under 3,000 stitches; a detailed crest can run 6,000 or more, which adds a few dollars per piece. We count it from your artwork before you pay anything.
The cap you pick
A budget basic and a premium or name-brand style start at very different prices before any decoration goes on. Some colours cost a little more.
Quantity
The minimum is 12. Prices drop again at each quantity break shown on the product pages.
Extras
Extra print or embroidery locations, names and numbers, or a patch are all quoted on request.
Send us your logo and the cap you like. You get a real number and a free mockup, usually the same day.

How much do custom hats & caps cost?
From $12.50 each at 12-24 pieces with one embroidered logo on the front, up to 3,000 stitches. Premium and name-brand styles start higher. Every price here includes the garment and the decoration.
What is the minimum order?
Twelve pieces. You can mix colours, sizes and styles in the same order as long as the design stays the same.
Where does the logo go?
The front is the standard spot and what the price on this page includes. Other locations can be added.
What if my logo is bigger than 3,000 stitches?
Yes. The price goes up a little. Send your logo and we will give you the exact price before you commit.
How long do orders take?
Most orders ship 5 to 7 business days after you approve the artwork. Rush orders are possible, so tell us your date when you ask for a quote.
Can I mix styles in one order?
Yes. The 12 piece minimum counts across styles, colours and sizes as long as the design is the same.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes. We ship nationwide from Vancouver and Ontario.
