What started in 2016 as one 4-color manual press and two heat presses is now a full-service custom apparel operation printing 200,000+ garments a year for local startups, national brands, and everyone in between.
We run six print methods under one roof: screen printing, direct-to-garment, direct-to-film, dye sublimation and embroidery done in our Vancouver and Toronto facilities, staffed by people who’ve actually stood in front of a press at 2am fixing a botched job.
What hasn’t changed: we treat every order the way we’d want ours treated. Honest pricing, real proofs, and a team that answers the phone. If you’ve been burned by a print shop that ghosted you or shipped the wrong thing, give us a shot. We’ll make it right.
It depends on the product and print method. Screen printing starts at 12 pieces. DTG, DTF, and embroidery have no minimum — we’ll print a single shirt if that’s what you need. Jerseys and promo products vary; ask us and we’ll match your order size.
Most orders ship within 3–10 business days after proof approval. Screen printing runs on the longer end; DTG and DTF are faster. Rush service is available for most methods, just let us know your deadline up front.
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal because they scale cleanly. High-resolution PNG or JPG (300 DPI at print size) also works. If your file isn’t print-ready, our team can clean it up — usually at no extra charge for straightforward cases.
Yes. If you’ve got a rough idea or a napkin sketch, our designers can turn it into a production-ready artwork. Light edits are included with most orders. Full custom design is billed separately — ask for a quote.
Six, all in-house: screen printing, direct-to-garment (DTG), direct-to-film transfers (DTF), dye sublimation, embroidery, and vinyl. We’ll recommend the best method for your design, fabric, and quantity.
Always. Every order gets a digital proof. We won’t print until you explicitly sign off. Physical samples are available on request for large or premium orders.
Yes — nationwide shipping on every order. Local pickup is available at our Vancouver shop. International shipping is available on request.
Screen printing has a per-color setup fee (typical for the industry, waived on reorders of the same design). DTG, DTF, embroidery, and sublimation have no setup fee. We quote setup transparently up front — no surprises at checkout.
